It is putting everyone on the same page and help them see the overview of the organization. You must be a leader, not a boss or a pattern.
First, you have to get people to follow you. How is this done?
People follow others when they see a clear sense of purpose. People will only follow you if you know where you are. Remember that old saying, “Do not follow me, I too have lost.” The same goes for leadership. If you do not know where you’re headed, it is likely that people will not follow you anywhere.
You yourself must reflect the vision of your organization. Having a clear sense of running your business, knowing who you should direct your orders, to talk to, reflect the organization’s goals and objectives, is the only way to show others that you know what you’re doing.

Trust is built on good relationships, the camaraderie and high principles of ethics.
The way you treat your people, and how to build relationships, provide the basis for the strength of their group. The stronger the relationship, the stronger your faith and confidence in their abilities.
Once you have your confidence, you can proceed to communicate the goals and objectives to be undertaken.
Communication is an important key to good leadership. Without this there can be a good leader. The knowledge and expertise you have must be clearly radiated to others.
Furthermore, there can be a good leader but you have a good ability to judge. You must be able to assess situations, weigh the pros and cons of any decision, and actively seek a solution.
These are the acts that will enhance the view of your subordinates to you, which will raise the confidence you have. Therefore, much of the decision-making is vital to the success of your organization.
Leaders are not heroes who do everything, do not pretend to know everything, and you should not rely solely on your ability.
You acknowledge and leverage the skills and talents your subordinates have. Only when it comes to this exercise is able to work as a cohesive unit well.
